Three strep sleep programme:

• Step 1 Calming your child (0-10 min) Moving waves, lots of swimming fish, soothing ocean sounds

• Step 2 Getting sleepy (10-20 min) Moving waves and a few fish, lower brightness, relaxing underwater bubbles

• Step 3 Falling asleep (20-30 min) Non-moving waves, lowest brightness, no sound
