EASY TO REFILL

Step 1. Simply unscrew the base & fill with a small amount of neutral pH balanced emollient based wash, or what you are using at bath-time

Step 2. Fill with lukewarm water to dilute the solution. Follow the manufacturers guidelines

Step 3. Twist back on the base & you're ready to go. Simply squeeze to spray

FAQ's: 

If your BBS is leaking - it is usually the little orange valve that has come off. It's designed to be removable for cleaning, start by ensuring the little orange valve is in place. 

Sometimes people leave the BBS switched to ‘ON’ when not in use they need to turn the device into ‘OFF’ when not in use. It’s important not to squeeze it hard in OFF as well as this increases pressure at the side which can result in leaking
